Shivam began his legal career practicing real estate law at a firm in Nashville. Since that firm did much work for the healthcare industry, Shivam gained experience working with leases for medical office buildings and for practices in the dental industry. Shivam focused his work to serve a real estate investment trust as well as a support organization for dental practices.
Shivam grew up in the hospitality industry. Seeing his family work hard in their businesses taught him about the collaboration that naturally comes when working together with loved ones. When his family decided it was time to move on, Shivam served as in-house counsel to facilitate the process of selling their hospitality businesses, and he derived much fulfillment from using his experience to benefit his family.
Shivam enjoys spending time with his family and following the NBA.
