Kirk Standly spent the early part of his career working at one of the most highly respected big firms in the country. There he learned valuable lessons working with some of the most respected deal lawyers in the country. Kirk’s early years were spent on the lender side of large, syndicated credit facilities. Over the years, as domestic and international real estate investors began to take up more of his portfolio, Kirk realized how much he enjoyed that work and the unique individuals who took the risks and made it happen. In the more than two decades since then, Kirk has turned Standly Law Group into a name synonymous with expedited client service and proven legal expertise.  Many of Kirk’s clients have been with him for two to three decades.  For those newer to the firm, Kirk savors the opportunity to use years of experience to assist with each client’s unique perspective, vision and goals.

Kirk tells his clients that he’s in the service industry. And that’s one of the many reasons the firm has earned their loyalty; they know just what the firm is capable of. “We know what we’re doing,” Kirk says, “and our clients understand that. We are deal lawyers with the energy, drive and background to make things happen.”

Despite its boutique size, Standly Law Group handles high-end work, at a higher volume, than many larger firms. It has the industry relationships, the knowledge and the experience necessary to get things done. Beyond that, it’s able to take complex legal issues and boil them down to their simplest terms, shedding light and providing insight on even the most complicated matters, and counseling clients not only on the matter at hand, but what comes tomorrow and the day after.
