Jason brings a broad corporate practice and a deeply personal approach to every client relationship. His clients know they can count on him to be responsive, attentive, and genuinely invested in their success, and his extensive personal network means he can connect them with the right people when it matters most.

Jason’s practice covers a wide array of corporate matters, including private equity, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate. He also works closely with high net worth individuals and entrepreneurs on their personal legal needs, guiding them through the full spectrum of challenges that come with building wealth. Drawing on his background in finance and private investing, Jason brings a sophisticated understanding of capital markets and investment structures that allows him to advise clients with a perspective that goes well beyond the purely legal. His experience makes him a uniquely valuable partner for clients navigating complex transactions and wealth-building strategies.

Prior to joining the firm, Jason honed his skills at two AmLaw 50 law firms, where he developed a strong foundation in sophisticated, high-stakes matters and gained exposure to some of the most complex transactions in the country. That experience, combined with his finance background and investing experience, positions him to deliver the caliber of counsel typically reserved for the largest firms, with the personal attention and accessibility of a trusted advisor.

Jason holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas McCombs School of Business and earned his J.D. with honors from the University of Texas School of Law.

When not in the office, Jason is an avid supporter of Dallas professional sports and UT Longhorn football.
